Bernard Sesboüé SJ is Emeritus Professor of the Theological Faculty of the Centre de Sévres in Paris. Born in 1929, Sesboüé is a world-recognized French Jesuit scholar and specialist in ecumenism, with more than 50 publications translated into several languages. His works offer an updated presentation of the Christian faith in its relationship with Patristic Christology and interreligious dialogue. He was a member of the Groupe des Dombres from 1967 to 2005, and is a consultant to the Pontifical Council for Promoting Christian Unity. |
